In March, AgNet Media purchased the assets of Florida Grower magazine, which included the Florida Citrus Show. The show has been an important event, hosted in the Indian River citrus-growing region for many years.
AgNet Media intends to continue presenting the show but is currently evaluating ways to improve it with new ideas to optimize the experience for citrus growers in that region and across the state. The event had originally been held in late January. The date will be moved to spring 2023.
“With the Florida Citrus Show now under the AgNet Media portfolio, we want to be sure we are presenting an event that best serves growers and other industry stakeholders,” said Robin Loftin, president of AgNet Media. “We are currently engaging with growers and the vendors who make the show possible to get feedback on how we can make it even better. We know everyone is very busy in these challenging times, so we want to be sure we are delivering an experience that growers not only enjoy attending but that also benefits their operations.”
The dates for the show will be announced soon, along with more details on the fresh new look for the event. Stay tuned!
